Walkthrough and service requests

Osteen & Sons uses your name, mobile number, property address, preferred day and optional notes to discuss services and arrange a walkthrough. Cloudflare processes website requests and Resend emails the details to the business and its website support team. Please leave out gate codes, financial information and sensitive personal details. Call or text 352-639-2785 if you prefer.

Address suggestions and property lookup

As you type into a property-search field, the site requests address suggestions from Alachua County public address records through our Cloudflare service. When you ask to find the property, your entered address, parcel information or coordinates may be used to query Alachua County, the US Census geocoder, and Florida Department of Revenue parcel data hosted by ArcGIS. This returns property dimensions and location information for planning the walkthrough. Address and parcel lookup results can be cached by Cloudflare for up to 24 hours. These lookups do not require your name or phone number.

Optional AI chat

Opening the chat panel shows the notice without starting an AI session. When you send a message, ElevenLabs processes the conversation to produce AI replies. This website uses text chat; it does not ask for microphone access. Conversation transcripts, summaries and available follow-up details are sent through Resend to Osteen & Sons and its website support team after the conversation. Please do not send confidential, financial, health or other sensitive information.

Closing the panel ends its active connection. It does not delete messages already processed or records held by the business or providers. You can use phone or text to reach a person without using the AI assistant.

Website services

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, applies request limits, and handles technical request information. It may provide Cloudflare Web Analytics performance measurements where enabled; this is distinct from advertising pixels. The site serves its fonts from its own domain. External social or other links are handled by those services when you follow them.

Information questions

Call 352-639-2785 to ask about your information, correction or deletion, or the providers used for your request. Records may remain in business email and provider systems according to the applicable settings and business needs. No fixed retention or deletion period is promised for those records here.
